We answer questions from parents and guardians about RumyFriend Jr, and we take safety reports seriously.
The current games-only iOS and Android app opens as a guest, without an account, Friends list or private messages. See App Privacy and App Terms for that release. Support also accepts questions about earlier account-based test releases.

Please tell us the child’s player name and what happened. Do not send passwords, and do not send photographs of documents unless we have asked you to.
Reporting something unsafe
If a message, player name or interaction concerns you, email contact@rumyfriendjr.com with the player name involved and roughly when it happened. We will look into it and tell you what we did.
RumyFriend Jr is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.
Parent requests about your child’s information
To review your child’s information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your permission for us to collect it, see Delete your data. There is never a fee for reporting abuse or for exercising a child’s privacy rights.
